Dementia & EoL Conference in Warrington

Our good friends at Warrington Borough Council and the Warrington Social Care Partnership are holding a conference on the 18th July. You can download a copy of the flyer here.

The event, which will take place on the 18th July seeks to explore whether the current expectations around Dementia and End of Life are a challenge or an opportunity, we have brought together a variety of national and local experts including:
  • The National Council for Palliative Care (NCPC)
  • The Contented Dementia Trust
  • The House of Memories
  • The Bradford Dementia Group
Through a combination of key note speakers and workshops we will be delivering an interesting, topical and informative conference that will increase your knowledge and support you in your role.
