Have Your Say On The Support You Need When Buying Technology
Choosing the right technology for a care service isn’t always straightforward. With so many systems available — from care management and sensor tools to HR and finance software — it can feel overwhelming to know which solutions will truly make a difference. Providers often tell us they worry about making the wrong choice, especially when time and budgets are tight. The right investment can reduce workload, boost efficiency, and improve care quality, while the wrong one can lead to wasted resources and frustration.
To help, Digital Care Hub has launched a short survey asking care providers what support they need when buying tech. Whether it’s guidance on risks, clearer information, or tools to compare options, your feedback will shape future resources developed with the Department of Health and Social Care and research partner The PSC. The survey is open until Tuesday 28 October 2025 and can be completed anonymously in just a few minutes. Every response will help us make technology choices easier, safer, and more effective for the sector.
