At LSCP, we actively support local recruitment and workforce development through our Social Care Job Fairs, held around five times a year across Liverpool. These events give employers the chance to meet potential candidates and promote the many rewarding careers available in social care.

Our job fairs and interview sessions are a key part of our Pre-Employment Training Programme, helping newly trained candidates take their first step into the sector. By connecting skilled individuals with local organisations, LSCP helps strengthen the social care workforce and create lasting opportunities for both employers and job seekers.

At LSCP, we’re proud to support the growth of Liverpool’s social care workforce by connecting employers with newly trained, job ready candidates. As part of our Preparing to Work in Adult Social Care programme, every learner who completes the course is guaranteed a face-to-face interview with local care providers, giving employers direct access to motivated individuals who are ready to start their careers.
