We’re thrilled to share that our recent Social Care Job Fair at The Liner Hotel was a tremendous success! With over 130 attendees and 35 passionate employers in attendance, the event was filled with enthusiasm, inspiration, and genuine opportunities for people looking to begin or advance their careers in adult social care.

The atmosphere was incredible, the room buzzed with meaningful conversations, shared experiences, and a real sense of community spirit. Job seekers had the chance to meet directly with employers, discuss available roles, and gain valuable insight into the many rewarding career paths within the sector. Many attendees also took part in on-the-day interviews, bringing them one step closer to starting their journey in care.

At LSCP, we host around five Social Care Job Fairs every year, each designed to connect talented individuals with local care providers. This particular event was our biggest one yet, and we’re proud of the positive energy and outcomes it created.
