We’ve just wrapped up another round of our Routeway programme, and we couldn’t be prouder of everyone who completed the Level 2 Preparing to Work in Adult Social Care course.

Over the last few weeks, learners have been building their knowledge, confidence and skills — and many now have job interviews lined up with local care providers. It’s been a brilliant group, and we’re excited to see where their journeys take them next.
