Supporting local recruitment needs
At LSCP we support local recruitment by planning and hosting both virtual and face-to-face Social Care Job Fair's and interview sessions as a part of our pre-employment training programme.
Our events are designed to promote the sector and provide attendees with the opportunity to meet with and chat to local organisations all looking recruit current staff.
Our interview sessions are embedded in our pre-employment training programme for candidates who have recently completed and are now ready to begin a career in adult social care.
Our FREE Social Care Job Fair's are designed to positively promote the social care sector, the varied and rewarding career opportunities, in addition to recruiting prospective employees in to the sector.
They provide attendees the chance to talk to employers about the work they do, the services they provide and the vacancies on offer.
Attendees to speak with current staff and care ambassadors about their job role and individuals being supported
Our Interview Sessions, embedded into our pre-employment training programme and run in partnership with Liverpool City Council and Liverpool Adult Learning Services, give organisations the opportunity to interview work ready candidates who have just completed their programme with LSCP.
Candidates receive high quality training and support from tutors with a combined experience of over 120 years in the social care sector ensuring they are ready be begin their career in care.
