At LSCP we support local recruitment by planning and hosting both virtual and face-to-face Social Care Job Fair's and interview sessions as a part of our pre-employment training programme.

Our events are designed to promote the sector and provide attendees with the opportunity to meet with and chat to local organisations all looking recruit current staff.

Our interview sessions are embedded in our pre-employment training programme for candidates who have recently completed and are now ready to begin a career in adult social care. Find out below, on how to get involved as an employer or a candidate!
