At LSCP, Employers can get involved in two impactful ways: by showcasing their organisation at our free Social Care Job Fairs, designed to promote careers in care and connect with the public; or by interviewing work-ready candidates through our Pre-employment Training Programme (find out more here), delivered in partnership with Liverpool City Council's Adult Learning Services.

Job Fairs
Our FREE Social Care Job Fair's are designed to positively promote the social care sector, the varied and rewarding career opportunities, in addition to recruiting prospective employees in to the sector.
They provide attendees the chance to talk to employers about the work they do, the services they provide and the vacancies on offer.
Attendees to speak with current staff and care ambassadors about their job role and individuals being supported
Interview
Sessions
Our Interview Sessions, embedded into our pre-employment training programme and run in partnership with Liverpool City Council and Liverpool Adult Learning Services, give organisations the opportunity to interview work ready candidates who have just completed their programme with LSCP.
Candidates receive high quality training and support from tutors with a combined experience of over 120 years in the social care sector ensuring they are ready be begin their career in care.
