Liverpool Social Care Partnership (LSCP) CIC works proactively with its delivery partners Liverpool City Council, Liverpool Adult Learning Service, and Liverpool in Work, to deliver social care-centric accredited qualifications. It is through Liverpool in Work that we are able to ensure that all Adult Social Care Routeway Programme learners receive quality assured and impartial IAG (Information, Advice, and Guidance) using a client-centred approach. We ensure that information is accessible to all of our learners, to enable progression to either further learning/training or employment by using a quality cycle that asks learners for feedback on services received.

LSCP is dedicated to delivering a high-quality Information, Advice, and Guidance (IAG) service for all learners; we offer free, impartial and confidential support to help individuals reach their full potential in their chosen career paths.
To fulfil this commitment, we will:
- Offer clear, accurate, and unbiased information, advice, and guidance to both current and prospective learners regarding our courses, qualifications, progression routes and support services.

Are you looking to begin your career in Adult Social Care?
In partnership with Liverpool City Council and Liverpool Adult Learning Services, we at LSCP, have been providing FREE pre-employment training for people aged 19+ in Liverpool for over 8 years. The programme is delivered both face-to-face and virtually over a period of 5 weeks covering all knowledge required to begin a career in care as well as offering multiple guaranteed job interviews in your final week.
Upon completing the course you will receive a nationally accredited qualification, NCFE CACHE Level 1 Award or Level 2 Certificate in Preparing to work in Adult Social Care as well as completing additional training relevant to the sector such as administering medication and infection control.
Graduation
Students attending LSCP's Preparing to Work in Adult Social Care graduate with a nationally recognised L1/L2 certificate. LSCP appreciates the effort and hard work of our students and the commitment to education, and believes that their effort needs celebration and recognition.

This Pre-Employment Routeway course for Adult Social Care is funded by Liverpool City Council, Adult Learning Services, who are the Prime Contractor (from Liverpool City Region Combined Authority) for this training. Liverpool Social Care Partnership (LSCP) CIC has been contracted to provide the main social care elements of this course. .
